ABOUT YOUR COACHNancy Branton, PCC, M. A., has served as
the President of CareerLife Potential for ten years. Her previous work experience includes 18 years as an organization coach
and development consultant, and 12 years as a Human Resources Director and Assistant Director.
She has a Master's
Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Also, she has received the following certifications: ICF Professional Certified
Coach, Certified Career Management Coach, Certified Job and Career Transition Coach, Certified Personal Branding Strategist,
Certified Life Coach, Certified Leadership & Talent Management Coach, Certified Christian Coach, Certified Myers-Briggs
Type Practitioner, and Certified Behavioral Analyst. Also, she is skilled in administering over 100 career and life assessments,
and can quickly determine which ones will be most helpful to you.
Her professional memberships include: International
Coach Federation, Career Management Alliance, Christian Coaches Network, American Psychological Association, Society for Human
